Sales Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Packages with the purchased lessons expire at the end of the calendar year.

Cancellation Policy

There is an effective 24-hour cancellation policy. Lessons that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time are considered to be late and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.The full price of the lesson will be charged. Any modifications can be done through email or text message.

Cancelation due to weather conditions

Lessons cancelled because of the unfavorable weather conditions, such as rain and snow, will not be charged and will be rescheduled for another day or time. Please note that if the forecast shows “rain” but it actually does not rain and weather conditions allow to play, the class will still meet as scheduled and late cancelations will be fully charged.

Injury Related Policy

Any injuries recieved on and off the tennis court are not the subject of Nataliya’s liability.
